Our goal is to make buying a property in Puglia as easy as possible. Puglia is still relatively undiscovered and while house prices are starting to rise there are still many great opportunities to be had, including the famous Trulli. While Puglia has not been spoilt by mass tourism it is now one of the easiest regions to get to from the UK with Ryanair flying directly to Bari and Brindisi and British Airways flying to Bari.
Our service begins before you even come to Italy, you have the opportunity to have an in-depth look at our website and contact us detailing what type of property in Puglia you are looking for. We will then give you advice on how to proceed and what you can expect when you come to Puglia. It must be stressed that all the properties we deal with are priced at the local value and are managed by reliable local Registeered Estate Agents, which you can see by visiting our parent website www.compraunacasa.it. This means that unlike other relocation services you will not be forced to pay over the top simply because you are from abroad.
The cost of our service is 2% (plus IVA) of the price of the property
(properties under €60,000 our minimum fee is €1500 +IVA). As you are our
customer we work for you and not for the local estate agents. We
represent your interests and aim to save you our fee and more by
negotiating down the price of your property (by negotiating a price of
just €3000 less on a €100,000 property we have already saved you our
fee.) This fee is only payable when you purchase your desired property.
After you have completed your purchase, we can also provide additional
after sales services ranging from helping to organise maintenance to
managing the letting of your property. We will arrange meetings with
estate agents and viewing of houses. We strongly recommend that you hire
a car as it is the best way to get a feel for the area that you are
visiting. Sample as much of the towns and local area as possible. Don't
let anybody pressure you, just because the sun is shining, you are
abroad and it seems like a holiday...you will be making an important
decision, take your time and ask as many questions as possible.
