Villa Dolce Vita
Work has started on a € 160,000 villa which will be

Villa Vora
A villa with a swimming pool in the
country is everybody’s dream, but with prices starting from €160,000
(£120,000) your dream can become a reality. For this price we offer a 2
bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with a living/dining room and kitchen. From
the roof terrace you can view your fully functioning swimming pool
surrounded by an acre plot full of olive trees.
This project takes approximately five months to build from laying the

Villa Classica
A more personalised and unique option,
main difference with this style is the use of both modern and
traditional materials. Villa Classica, with the same layout as Villa
Chiara, employs more local craftsmen as the work is more intensive and
this is reflected in the starting price of €180,000 (approx. £135,000).
The “Tufo” blocks are treated and left “Faccia Vista” with the stone
showing and not with the white plaster. This gives the building an
authentic and unique look as each tufo block is different. For examples

Vaulted Options
A spectacular feature to add to your
property, which will enhance its beauty and value. These Bespoke
Properties are based on Puglia’s traditional farmhouses
