The process is straight forward and you can have as much or as little imput as you wish as an architect will oversee the whole process from start to finish.

An architect will oversee the whole process from start to finish in order to guarantee not only the quality of the work but also that everything proceeds as per schedule. The timeframes from start to finish will be about 9 months however before handing over any money you will have a contract in hand stating what work will be carried out and with staged payments you can be sure that work will go ahead as planned.
