How do I manage the project from abroad?

An architect will oversee the project from start to finish to ensure the quality of the work. You will also sign a contract with the builder to ensure that time frames are respected. Regular updates will be provided so you can see the progress of your new home. The property is yours so you can visit the site and have as much or as little involvement as you wish.

Can penalties be added to the contract if delivery is delayed?

It is standard practice to have a set penalty a day if timeframes are not respected and as the final payment is made on completion it is in the builder's interest to finish on time. Of course if you make changes to the plans during the build these must be agreed with the architect and you will be informed if this influences the timeframes.

Can I have a swimming pool?

Unless specifically stated all of the plots of land we offer have the possibility of having a swimming pool. A pool adds a great deal of value to your property and improves rental possibility. You can choose from a variety of sizes and designs.
